Notice the way your foot is designed- narrower at the heel, wider at the toes. Look at the gentle curve of your foot at the arch. Examine the balls of your feet and the bone structure that runs from your toes to your ankles.
Now take a good look at your shoes.
Do they look anything like your feet? If your closet is like mine, probably not. The problem is, any part of your shoe that doesn't look like your foot will create pressure in that area. And, if your shoes aren't supporting your feet, that means your knees, hips, and back are left without the proper support as well.
You can continue suffering and mistreating your feet, or you can discover shoes that are actually designed with feet in mind: Earth Shoes.
